|The dead line for the paper submission to ICFA-HB2006 has been exteneded to
June 30, 2006
Authors are advised to submit their papers well before this deadline so that any problems can be analysed and then discussed with authors during the workshop.
It is required to submit your abstract preceding the paper submission, even if you are an invited speaker or a session convener.
Prepare a PostScript file of the paper which conforms to the guidelines (LaTeX users please use the -j0 option with dvips - see the JACoW pages for help about preparing PostScript files). Check the size of the postscript file - an average size should be <3ÊMBytes. PostScript files which are larger than 5ÊMBytes often cause problems will almost certainly require modification. If the PostScript file for the paper falls into this category, please consult the JACoW recommendations for diagnosis and remedies for large files .
Files should be named according to the paper's ID, e.g. for paper MOAP01, file names should be:
MOAP01.ps - the PostScript file
MOAP01.doc - the WORD source file (MOAP01.tex if it is a LaTeX document.)
MOAP01f1.eps - EPS file containing figure 1
MOAP01f2.tif - TIFF file containing figure 2
Please note that paper submission has already been opened. Once the files are ready for submission, login to the ICFA-HB2006 workshop database with your username and password, and then click on the file Upload link.
Your paper ID's are indicated in the "Paper ID" column, and the system will not accept files which do not conform to the naming convention.
After choosing the adequate file type and platform, please select a file to be submitted.
Clicking the "upload file" button, your file will be submitted and uploaded to the ICFA-HB2006 workshop server.
Please upload the PostScript file and all the source files (text and figures) needed to make the paper (be aware that large files may take some time to transfer).
Please print a hard copy of the paper and submit it at the workshop secretariat during the workshop. The paper submission counter will open from May 30 (Tue.) to June 1 (Thu.) at Room 201A.
